Petal Brief provides independent wedding floral planning and specification services. We are not a florist, flower supplier, flower wholesaler, or wedding planner.
Our services are intended to help couples define their floral requirements and obtain comparable quotations from florists and suppliers.
2. Consultation Services
Consultations are conducted online and are typically 30 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed.
A consultation fee of €80 is payable at the time of booking.
If a client proceeds with the purchase of a Petal Brief service within 30 days of the consultation date, the full €80 consultation fee will be credited against the cost of the full Brief service.
The consultation fee is non-refundable.
3. Petal Brief Services
Petal Brief provides floral planning documentation based on information supplied by the client.
The final floral brief is intended as a planning and quotation tool and does not constitute a contract with any florist, supplier, or third party. This final Brief booking is made after the initial consultation and is in advance of preparation of the Brief document.
The client remains responsible for selecting and engaging florists, suppliers, and service providers.
4. Information Provided by Clients
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding:
Wedding date
Venue details
Floral preferences
Budget expectations
Wedding party requirements
Petal Brief is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received before work commences.
Petal Brief reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Any confirmed booking will retain the agreed price at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our services, refunds cannot be provided once work on a floral brief has commenced.
Where no work has commenced, refund requests may be considered at Petal Brief's discretion.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
7. Flower Availability
Flower availability varies by season, region, supplier, and market conditions.
Any flower recommendations contained within a Petal Brief are intended as guidance only and do not guarantee availability from florists or suppliers.
Suitable alternatives may be suggested by the florist where appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
Petal Brief's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
Petal Brief shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses arising from the use of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All floral briefs, documents, templates, graphics, and content produced by Petal Brief remain the intellectual property of Petal Brief unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use purchased documents for their own wedding planning purposes only.
Documents may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will never sell personal information to third parties.
